Use as the surface coating machine

Separate the conveyer line, and insert and install about 600 mm length conveyer for the coating machine. Install pin valve depositor above this conveyer.   Conventionally, coating was done by continuous drip. With this set up, coating can be done at designated areas by time adjustment of open and close of pin valve. Then, coating can be done cleanly without dripping unnecessary amount of the liquid on the conveyer line. Thus, there are less dirts around the machine and cleaning is easy.

Line coating and curtain coating can be made on the surfaces of bread or cookies.

One-shot coating is made on bread or cookies.

Use as an injection one-shot filler

Inject the liquid in a hollow part of bread, cookie or baked pie.
